A lightened, minimalist malt bill lends a smooth mouthfeel and drying finish to platform a dosing of modern hops. Citra Lupomax, BRU-1 and Talus meld in whirlpool and dry hop for fresh pineapple and candied citrus with a subtle piney resin nod to west coast origins.Sidewalk Surfer is hop-forward and crisp without the overt bitterness of classic IPAs.
