Zinneke hasn't been release in bottles for years, but this week we've got a small number of cases to release! "Zinneke is a wild ale with a proportion of our own spontaneously fermented beer blended with all sorts of stuff, aged for a year in a Waitaki valley Pinot Gris barrel. We imagine that each year’s successive barrel will be different. Complex, tart, refreshing with dry cider-like characteristics. After bottling today, the beer goes into the warm room for conditioning over 1-2 month (sometimes longer) period."
