Kellerbier (“cellar beer”) is a style of pale, fresh lager from Germany. A super refreshing, clean lager, our Kellerbier maintains a slight haze as a result of the shorter conditioning time. In terms of more popular lager styles, our Kellerbier sits somewhere between a Helles and a Pilsner. There are definite herbal, floral hop aromas, but less bitterness than a Pilsner. This beer features lower carbonation to add to the silky mouthfeel. This highly quaffable style is a great way to ring in Spring, and will only get more crisp the longer it sits!
