We connected with our buds at Atrium Brewing in Louisville, KY to blend this barrel aged banger. This limited release Imperial Stout was first aged 2-3 years in Buffalo Trace and Heaven Hill bourbon barrels. It was then returned to stainless for blending, and conditioned on Louisville’s own Bean Coffee Roasters “Big Dog Blend”, house processed toasted cacao nibs, house toasted coconut, and Madagascar vanilla. Notes of smooth dark chocolate, sticky toffee, cold brew coffee, coconut macaroons, Samoa cookies, and mounds candy bars!
