Brewed with Emily Tankey, owner of BOSC in west end Brisbane. After many years brewing with the renowned Brouwerij De Molen in the Netherlands, this is the start of her own label "Better Together". Using her excellent "Hopes & Dreams" Imperial Stout recipe as the base, this beer features her favourite Belgian biscuit "Bastogne", crushed in the mash, with subtle additions of mixed spices to help highlight the biscuity deliciousness of this brew.
