A fruity IPA made with grapefruit for a citrusy twist and an extra dose of bitterness.Brewer's notes: our first time using grapefruit in an IPA, we wanted to highlight the citrus in this beer, so choose hops accordingly (Cascade hot-side, and Citra and Idaho 7 dry hop) to emphasize the bitter quality of the fruit by combining hop bitterness and grapefruit bitterness.Ingredients: barley, oats, grapefruit (juice and rind), hops (Cascade, Citra and Idaho 7) and yeast
