Leaving a raspberry fruit sharpness on the nose, this brew is very low in bitterness, and a refreshing palate cleanser.This beer is a top fermented, sour mashed, German wheat beer that has been tweaked; we added real raspberries to the fermentation process, which added a layer of complexity to the aroma and finish.Serve this baby with white fish and a garden salad.
