Each blend of The Maison is unique. While they are always composed of three different years of oak barrels, each final blend will develop a singular character. This allows you to enjoy the difference in ages of the two compositions as well as the uniquely delicious characteristics of this blend on its own.This blend presents a beautifully funky, dusty earth-like complexity as always, but with a notably vibrant fruit character from the fermentation. We taste a lot of tropical fruit and notes of citrus. Creamy carbonation provides for a vibrant aroma and full feel with each sip; the dryness keeps it bright and supremely drinkable.Bottled 7/18
