German Style Wheat Beer

While brewing this beer we were revisiting our memories from our countless trips to Bavaria. This time we decided to skip on the spices and do not focus on aromatic hops. We let the most important ingredients do the trick. This beer contains 60% wheat malt and traditional Hefeweizen yeast.In a glass you can see it’s golden, straw like colour with a frothy white head. The aroma is dominated by the banana with some light lemon peel character and a subtle biscuit in the background.The flavour is mostly banana with some light sourness thats common in wheat beers. In the aftertaste you can find some clove like nuances.
