Our ongoing Self-Reliance series of Farmstead® single-hop India pale ales provides a platform to explore the interplay between our Farmstead® ale yeast and various hops, including lesser-known or experimental varieties.For this next iteration, we showcase hand-selected Pacifica hops from the 2019 harvest at Freestyle Farm—our agricultural partner in Upper Moutere, New Zealand. The subtle, lightly citrus hop character accentuates and enlivens the spritely, refined acidity.
