Our resolution for 2025 is to drink more west coast pilsners! This style treads the line between pilsner and west coast pale ale, with both refreshing bitter hops and crisp drinkability. This beer is part of a series of three west coast pilsners, each with Citra & Mosaic hops, but with distinct differences to showcase the versatility of the style.For Japanese Rice WCP we played with an Imperial Pilsner style, ramping up the alcohol content and hop dosage with the addition of Tettnanger, while the rice keeps it light and easy drinking.
