A lacto co-ferment of a very light malty base, was secondary fermented with mango and lime puree. Post ferment, dehydrated habaneros were infused in the beer. The result is a fruity, spicey and refreshing modern sour.Mango and chilli straight up, with a soft citrus backbone and tangy lemon-chilli finish. The mango brings an exotic element to the chilli, balancing the burn and allowing the subtle flavours underneath the habanero emerge.
