Houblons: Simcoe (40%), Sultana (40%) et Mosaic (20%)Notes de la brasserie: Au nez on retrouve une explosion d'arômes de fruits exotiques bien mûrs. En bouche, la bière est plutôt ronde, moyennement gazéifiée. En bouche les saveurs confirment les fruits exotiques, apportant des notes d'ananas, de mangues, de fruit de la passion avec petite une finale d'abricots et de citrons. La finale reste plutôt ronde, avec une amertume très faible.- - - - -Hops: Simcoe (40%), Sultana (40%) and Mosaic (20%)Brewery notes: On the nose we find an explosion of aromas of very ripe exotic fruits. In the mouth, the beer is rather round, moderately carbonated. On the palate the flavors confirm the exotic fruits, bringing huge notes of pineapple, mango, passion fruit with a small finish of apricots and lemons. The finish remains rather round, with very weak bitterness.
