To celebrate 10 years of Punky Brewster, we put aside 30L of oud bruin we aged for 2 years in a historic NZ whiskey barrel (3rd use for beer) and finished it on a small amount of truffle! The truffle brings some very subtle earthiness, helps to make the beer pop and brings out some light peat smoke notes from the barrel. Only 1 keg in existence!
