We like to think in colours when we analyze the multitude of hop flavours and aromas. In our Spectrum series we put together hop blends that bring out the distinctive profile of each colour.Fermented with our juicy fruit gum producing house yeast blend, to accentuate the fruity flavors from the hops.This hop blend reveals flavors of sweet citrus, juicy mango pulp, and orange creamsicle.
