Mortis :: Sour Persimmon Ale. Mortis will enwrap you in autumn coils of tartness and decay, with ripe Fuyu persimmons bringing the slightest blush to a pale ale fermented entirely with brettanomyces bruxellensis. German and Northwest wheat, pale and acidulated barley malt and a touch of C-45 Crystal combine with Fuggles hops to wrap things up dry, tight and tart, refreshing and satisfying. Mortis has set in just in time for Thanksgiving. 7.25% ABV
