Cold IPAs are made with a simple, light flavoured malt base, and as the name hints, are fermented at a lot colder temperature than normal IPAs, usually with lager yeast. The idea is to make a clean, simple beer base and let the hops shine through. This one is no different. Made with pilsner malt and maize (corn), and using only a single hop, Nelson Sauvin from New Zealand. If you ask us, it tastes pretty bloody good!
