Inspired by the decommissioned Cassini Spacecraft and the style "Biere de Miel," this local-sourced "Beet de Miel" was brewed with Deer Creek Malt, including Buckwheat and Malted Oats, Lancaster Wildflower Honey, and beets from our friends at Kneehigh Farm and Broad Wing Farm. Notes of juicy beets, hyacinth, white pepper and a light candy sweetness complement this effervescent, refreshing, beety, dry, earthy beer that is a great reflection of SEPA terroir.
