Every once in a while we make a rustic country wine using local fruit and age it for moons and moons, the basis of our “Rustic” series. Of the Farm: Rustic Black is the result of a Blackberry Wine aged for 18 months then blended with a dry cider that was aged for a full year. Made with berries and apples grown by our friends at Weaver’s Orchard, this is a truly unique and tasty cider. An underlying funky fruitiness finishes dry and jammy, a reflection of two traditions blended for your tastebuds.
