Tripple mashed - First two times with an old school stout malt mix, the third time with an absurd amount of Norwegian (Saetre Digestive) biscuits. Fermented with an old English yeast strain. A few Sri Lankan vanilla beans added a day before bottling.Slick oily, roasty, coffee, biscuity, filling, medium plus mouth feel, and a hint of vanilla. Bottle conditioned for 6 months.
