Our newest low-alcohol beer is inspired by German Dark Wheat Beer (Dunkel Weizen). It has fresh bread, caramel, and fruit on the nose with clove on the pallet. We used a "cold mashing" process to extract the flavors of the grain much of the sugars. Then fermented with Lallemand LA-01, which only produces a small amount of alcohol.
