Nera

Nera, much like its sister beer Rubis, is a unique expression of second use fruit in our farmhouse beer. In this case a foeder aged farmhouse ale, made with local grains and our house mixed culture, was transferred onto “spent” black raspberries and blackberries. What emerged was a beer with beautifully integrated yet surprisingly fresh/intense fruit character. Nera was can-conditioned and carries a lively carbonation - leaning further into its playful/refreshing side.
