Hot & Sassy! This is an evolving batch of ciders from the Bauman Family, made with a local-multi-apple blend, and pressed in nearby Sassamansville. Fermented with saison and white wine yeasts, this cider has a great apple essence and finishes dry as a Sassy Man's bone. This small batch is conditioned on 3 types of locally grown (very) hot peppers! Drink your Apples!
