This Helles Lager was brewed with Pilsner Malt and used a decoction mash process to help create a rich malty flavour and creamy mouthfeel. It was lightly hopped and naturally carbonated for ultimate sessionability. We then lagered this beer for 12 weeks to make it incredibly clean. This is how we would make all of our lagers if we had the luxury of time.
