Fresh apricot pie crust is the first thing that hits you face, followed by the puckering tartness, from 120kg of Apricots that went into our fermenter, that bring back childhood memories of Short Circuit sour lollies. Don’t worry there is still enough body and sweetness from the additions of Oats and Wheat to balance this fruity little number out.
