Double hazy collab with California’s Burning Barrel. It’s an 8.5% abv hopped with Crosby Strata CGX, as well as our faves El Dorado and Idaho 7. Brewed with our buddies from Burning Barrel in Rancho Cordova, California. This beer smells like sweet vanilla candy, pineapple, mango. There are strong notes of vanilla cream, watermelon and peach pop on the aroma.The mouthfeel is soft and full. It is sweet and saturated with a balanced hop character. It’s our first time using The Crosby Strata CGX and we are pretty blown away. This concentrated hop pellet’s got all of the “good stuff” in the center of the hop cone and very little leafy matter. It really provides a nice soft baseline to let the dry hops shine.
