This beer is an interpretation of the Liverpool Tart sweet treat. Lots of local lemons and Cook Island vanilla pods. Combined with a gentle lactic kettle sour to create the perfect desert beer. Tangy aroma of green peaches and Yen Ben Lemons. The flavour is of sweet lemon curd with vanilla high notes. The mid pallet is super creamy and zesty with a deliciously tart lemony finish.
