Of the Village: Sake + Plum

This is a cider with a lot of local influence! It all started with pressed PA apples from our old friends at Weaver's Orchard. After some aging, we introduced Sake lees from our friend and sake-maker extraordinaire, Mark Hunter, Merlot grape pomace from our friends at Manatawny Creek Winery, a bit of PA maple syrup from our friends at Seven Stars Dairy, and a bunch of plums from a local market. It's a true neighborhood creation! Of the Village: Sake + Plum is a unique cider, with a beautiful cloudy-pink hue, that just about drinks like a plum sweet tart, with an underlying softness from the sake lees. We're bringing friends together in cider form!
