This sweet little rodent has a dry and bitter bite. We use the always impeccable Bonsak malt, from the Trøndelag region of Norway to provide the backbone of this beer. A firm dry-hopping of Talus, Mosaic, and Columbus gives it a nice blend of classic Pale Ale and modern flavor. Expect a big hit of passion fruit off the bat followed by notes of clementine and undertones of pine and spice.
