Another IPA in our conspiracy theory series. This Spring IPA was brewed to be paired with the wonderful Pizza's sold onsite by A Little Pizza Oregon. We even threw in some Anchovy hops because, you know, Anchovies belong on Pizza. Wait, did we say anchovy in beer!?!?! Well fortunately for you, the Anchovy named hops don't smell or taste anything like actual anchovies. Mostly big berry notes and some white grape. We paired the Anchovy with Krush and Cashmere hops to create beautiful IPA with notes of berry, POG juice and white grape with an underlying dank/resinous note. At 6.7 ABV this beer is a delightful fruity IPA that will pair with Oregon Spring. Rain or shine, this beer drinks nice.
