Big batch of Shard Blade this weekend, and today's draft/crowler variant is a one-off variant on it with Freestyle Kohia Nelson SubZero Hop Kief! It starts as Nelson Sauvin pellets mixed with freeze-dried passion fruit... then they super-concentrate it! These 275 mL bottles are equivalent to 11 lbs of hops, so as usual we ignored the manufacturers instructions and added a whole one to 1/2 bbl keg for an extra 22 lbs/bbl of hopping!
