If barleywine is life then adding adjuncts can only mean death ? Inspiration for this came from a cookie made with coconut and pecans. Creating a base with sweet caramel flavors and aging this in a Cooperstown Rum barrel for 12 months. We then conditioned this barleywine on raw coconut and toasted pecans. Death comes for all, even the most devout followers of BiL.
