Produced with special Munich malt, it is a brown and shiny beer with creamy foam and sand color. Assumes a rich aroma of malt, chocolate, dried fruit and light smoked. In the mouth it is elegant, discreet bitter, supporting the sweetness of the malt. the rich and sweet malt, carob and chocolate flavor are in harmony with the acidity. Medium aftertaste, frustrated and slightly toasted. More intense recreation than the traditional Munich Dunkel, aligned with the gastronomy of Portugal, offering dishes of great character.
