East Coast IPA Series (Cashmere & Mosaic)

TLDR: lots of hops = AwesomeThe first of our East Coast IPA series, we use a simple malt bill of pale, wheat and oats to maintain a light colour but provide a rich creamy texture.The Cashmere and Mosaic hops provide a striking aroma that resembles a fruit salad with citrus, mango, melon and pine dominant. A slightly higher ferment temp drove ester production which complements the hops beautifully.With a late dry hopping schedule, the body is full and packed with hop flavour without the bitterness, it is like drinking clouds.
