Choc Stout

We brewed another beer with Solomon Island cacao husk tea supplied by South Pacific Cacao and Chocolate Artisan, this time our Chocolate Milk Stout. The cacao husk tea adds chocolate flavours that compliment the malts, and lactose gives this dark beer a smooth, sweet finish. Served on tap with a sparkler, this is a lovely winter ale.
