Mixed Culture Beer with Fruit. Fermented with house mixed culture, aged eight weeks in French Oak and refermwnges for one month on plums from Seedling Farm in Michigan. Aromas of rose, faint cherry, and spice lead to juice forward strawberry ams grass.
