For our seventh anniversary we wanted to show off some of the depth that we have built into our stout program. This is 1 of the 3 barrels that make up the blend known as “Streams,” presented on its own, unblended. This beer is our house yeast stream of stout.It is (as you may have suspected) fermented with our house yeast and then laid to rest in a Willet Rye barrel for 16 months.Willet is one of our favorite barrels to age stout in. We think this beer is a great example of why we love it so much.
