Rubus Terzetto

Описание

Red Raspberry, Black Raspberry, Purple Raspberry Honey wine. This mead is an intense Raspberry bomb and we are incredibly pleased with how this one turned out. You are instantly greeted with fresh Raspberry aromatics as soon as the cork is pulled. Flavor profile is jammy sweetness with notes of Black Raspberry preserves. A moderate tannin level lends a perceived drying finish. Mild acidity really elevates the jammy notes that we were going for.The Raspberries used for this mead were sourced from Lakeview Berry Farm in Mosinee, WI and partially hand picked by yours truly! These are the highest quality berries that we’ve had an opportunity to work with. Made with Indiana Wildflower Honey.
