Wildberry mead without the doofusly maple syrup treatment we usually use in this series of mead.- Bochet/melomel hybrid with blackberries, strawberries, raspberries, bilberries, black- and red currantsWe loved the base for Wildberry Doofus so much that we decided to bottle some of it straight up, instead of dressing it all up with adjuncts as intended. As we felt it was a great showcase to how a good fruit composition can be just as complex as using loads of adjuncts.
