FRESH OZARK & BURBANK PLUM | 2021 HARVEST

Fresh 2021 harvest Ozark and Burbank plums were added to this beer one week before serving. This beer was based on a blend of 3-year and 1-year spontaneous barrels (average age of 20 months), a portion of which was brewed with blueberry blossom honey. It pours with a bright pink hue and pushes notes of plum skin, limestone and pink lemonade.
