Hops: HBC 630, Galaxy, Citra, Cryo Pop - The result is a beer with a thick, hazy, light color, where the combination of these hops with the relatively new yeast strain Ponoma brings an explosion of tropical flavors. For us, the most prominent notes are pineapple, mango, citrus, and a slight resinous finish.
