Our Dogwatch 1600 Wheat is an American style wheat beer, using a half malt and half wheat mix to create the base of the beer. The malt and wheat both give this beer mild flavors, while the yeast brings out sweeter, smooth tones in the taste. Characteristic of all of our beers, Pacific Northwest hops were added to our wheat beer to give it a subtle spice flavor to compliment the sweet yeast notes. Some people taste hints of orange and smell a slight bubblegum nose on the beer. Try it yourself and let us know what you think!
