A 3 way collaboration between Alibi, BLASTA and Te Matuku Oysters saw this beer come to life from a blend of German Pilsner malts, Hallertau Mittelfrüh hops, freshly shucked Waiheke Island Oyster shells and Sea water from which the oysters live.Notes of windswept beaches, seafoam, Ice from the oyster bar, driftwood and Rock Samphire. Dry, crisp and minerally with a round sea saltiness.
