Grape Expectations

We have been big fans of blending grape juice into our wild and barrel aged sour ales for a long time here at RR, but we thought, how will it go in a clean beer? We added local SBS juice we got from our friends at Swings and Roundabouts to the whirlpool and used the special Super Sauvin hops from Freestyle Hops in NZ to really boost the wine characters. And we’re pretty bloody happy with the results! Part beer, part wine, all delicious!
