One of our favourite Berliner Weisses revamped with a smooth souring strain.It makes for a clean base to showcase raspberries that were handpicked in Nijmegen and pureed by ourselves. To get the full hit of the fruit, the hop and grain bill was stripped back as far as possible in a clean, crisp, raspberry packed sour beer.
