As most of you know by now, we love Saison over here. The ageing potential, texture and yeast character enchants us.Almost exactly one year ago, we collaborated on a perry/saison blend with our friends @shortfingerbrewing.Rob from Shortfinger is kind of crazy. But he makes nice Saison.We were tasting barrels with him and thought it might be nice to blend one with Perry to balance the acidity. The blend had a nice pineapple character to it so Rob went to the store and bought a ton of pineapples.They were in the blend before we could stop him.The result is a delicious tart crusher. Emphasis on the tart.Shortfinger has a still version of this*. Ours is carbonated. Try them both!Bottled in May of 2019.We love you Rob.
