For this beer we have limboed solidly under the 2.5% alcohol required for a “low alcohol” beer and finished with a surprisingly tasty and complex hoppy red ale. Using mainly brewers cunning we have created a beer which smells stronger than it is - resin, pine, and berryfruit notes from the hops abound. A slightly roasty, slightly caramel-toffee malt base supports this brew which finishes relatively full and with a pleasing carbonation.
