A double IPA inspired by a delicious cocktail. This DIPA has clean malt flavor, moderate body, and a firm bitterness, bursting with fresh citrus hop flavor and herbal dankness. But that wasn’t enough for us, we wanted to pump up the fruitiness with a huge infusion of fresh grapefruit zest and a touch of serrano.
