Our take on the resurgent American cream ale style. In a major blow against the Yanks, however, we have substituted the traditional corns sugar for lactose. This gives the beer an actual creaminess and light residual sweetness. The beer is clear as can be with low bitterness. One of the smoothest and easiest drinking beers we've ever made.
