This stellar beer features a humongous body with a base of barley malts and the addition of oats, malted oats, and chit malt, an orbital touch of Bravo hops on the hot side for complexity, and a titanic dry-hop of Mosaic, Nelson Sauvin, Zappa, and NZ Cascade hops. Major Tom is a well-rounded Double IPA with perfectly balanced sweetness, rockety hoppiness with fruity pebbles, gooseberry, mango, and citrus aromas boost. Ground Control approved!
